Villa Venta, or “The Professor’s Home” offers accommodation for up to 10 individuals, in a spacious, private and quiet atmosphere. Enjoy relaxing on its large, screened in porches. Lose yourself in any on of the hundreds of books available for your reading pleasure. Or simply soak in the space of the Great Room. 12 minutes from central Campus, Villa Venta offers guests space to spread out and feel truly at home.
Situated in middle of 800 hundred acres of protected woodlands, Villa Venta will be your quiet retreat from the hub-bub. The house, built in 1997, features all modern conveniences, including complementary Wi-Fi, satellite television, entertainment centers, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a 150 square-foot fully-equipped kitchen for dining and entertainment and one of the largest common spaces on the mountain, the Great Room.
There are miles of hiking trails available, and your privacy is guaranteed! Suitable for groups of couples or large families, you’ll feel right at home at Villa Venta.

An important note about Villa Venta…
Villa Venta is the ideal lodging for two large families or 4-5 couples. With four full bedrooms, 3 baths and a pull-out love seat in the Music Room.
The primary renter must be in residence the entire stay. The primary renter must be 30 years of age or older. We do not allow third-party rentals. We reserve the right to refuse reservations.
