Rates and Surchargres

Villa Venta is available for either weekly rental (Monday-Sunday) or for weekends (3 night minimum stay). Charges vary with weekends. Special weekends are noted below.

Primary renter must be 30 years of age or older, and be in residence for the entire rental period.

No Third-Party Rentals Allowed. We reserve the right to refuse rentals.

One outside guest per resident guest, for a maximum of 20 people at any one time. No non-resident overnight guests allowed. If you intend to cater a small party, please alert us so we can coordinate with your caterer.

We accept cash, check or most major credit cards.

PLEASE NOTE: A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $250 IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

YOU MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT TO ENSURE YOUR BOOKING.

In-Season Standard Rates (March 1 – January 3)

Standard 3 night-minimum stay for up to 10 guests (8 plus 2 on pull-out love seat suitable for children)

$1500 (Additional nights: $250 per night), plus TN tax (9.25%) and Franklin County Hotel Tax (7%)

Weekly rental (Monday through Sunday): $2000 plus TN tax and Franklin County Hotel Tax (7%)

$1750 minimum 3-night stay (additional nights: $250), $2500 per week (Monday through Sunday), plus TN and Franklin Co. tax.

Off-Season Getaway Rates

January 3 – March 1, Weekly rate: $1000, weekends, $750 ($100 each additional night) plus TN and Franklin Co. tax. Staying longer than a week? Let us know and we’ll try and work with your schedule. (Rates will be prorated).
